Principal
Dr. Vidya Bhat

Dr. Vidya Bhat was appointed Principal of Concord Road Elementary School in 2024, bringing a wealth of knowledge, tremendous leadership skills, and extensive experience as an educator and administrator. Prior to serving as Principal of Waverly School in the Eastchester Union Free School District and Assistant Principal of Eastchester High School she was the Reading and Math Specialist and NYS Testing Coordinator & Assessment Team Leader for Anne Hutchinson Elementary School in Eastchester for eleven years. During this time, she also served as an Adjunct Professor teaching various Education courses at CUNY Hunter and Lehman Colleges, Teachers College, Columbia University and the Teacher Education Institute. She began her career as an educator at Kings College Elementary Public School 94 as a 2nd and 5th-grade classroom teacher in the New York City Public Schools.
Dr. Bhat earned a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from New York University and a Master of Arts, Reading Specialist at Teachers College. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia, where she earned degrees in Psychology and Education.
Assistant Principal
Ms. Tiffany Babb

Ms. Tiffany Babb joined the Ardsley School District as Assistant Principal at Concord Road Elementary School in 2024 after serving as an instructional coach in New York City Public Schools. Ms. Babb taught elementary school for 14 years at Public School 68X school, during which time, she earned a Master of Science in Literacy and transitioned to the role of Instructional Coach for Core Curriculum for Community School 61X.
Ms. Babb earned her Master of Science degree in Education Leadership from Bank Street College of Education and a Master of Science degree in Literacy from CUNY Lehman College. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Iona College and holds NYS Certifications in School Building Leadership, Literacy Birth - 6th grade and Elementary Education K-6.
