Learning Fire Safety with Our Local Heroes

Learning Fire Safety with Our Local Heroes

Our Kindergarten and First Grade students had an exciting and educational experience during their Fire Safety lesson on Friday, October 10. They learned important safety tips by watching an engaging video and then had the chance to tour a real fire truck with members of the Ardsley Fire Department. The highlight of the day was getting to sit inside the truck, explore the equipment, and learn what it’s like to be a firefighter.

A big thank-you to the Ardsley Fire Department for taking the time to show our students what it means to be a hero. Your dedication, kindness, and community spirit made this lesson one our students will never forget!
