Honoring Jaime Chapin-Miller

Honoring Jaime Chapin-Miller

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Jaime Chapin-Miller, a devoted and deeply valued member of the Ardsley community whose generosity, leadership, and spirit touched countless lives. For more than two decades, Jaime gave her time, energy, and heart to Ardsley’s schools and community organizations, never hesitating to do the hard work behind the scenes for any group or individual in need.

Jaime was the proud parent of Cody and Evan, both former students of Ardsley School District, and balanced her extraordinary volunteer commitment while working full time locally as a realtor and raising two remarkable sons. She served in countless educational and athletic committees and was a tireless volunteer with organizations including the PTSA, Ardsley Education Foundation, Ardsley Boosters, Cub Scouts, and many district-wide initiatives. Her involvement spanned years of service, including roles such as Class Parent CRS, VP CRS Liaison, Co-President of the Ardsley District PTSA, VP Ardsley Middle School Liaison, and committee work with International Celebration, Ardsley Cares Day, Wellness Fair, and the Jenkins Award.

Jaime was more than a phenomenal volunteer—she was a trusted friend and one of Ardsley’s biggest cheerleaders. In recognition of her devotion and selflessness, the PTSA has established a scholarship in Jaime’s name, honoring her extraordinary volunteerism and lasting impact on the Ardsley community. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her and working alongside her.
